Where the data comes from

Player appearances, minutes, goals, assists, ratings, and club match results are pulled from API-Football. Canadian Premier League figures come from the league's published Opta data. Canada's senior men's match history comes from the official Canada Soccer Stats Hub. Club crests, competition logos, and player headshots are served from those providers' media CDNs.

FotMob provides club-log enrichment and ratings, selected international match detail, and links to further player and match information. CPL player headshots are also served from FotMob's image CDN.

Canada caps, goals, and clean sheets are reviewed after each international. Match detail may combine provider statistics and verified lineup or event evidence; coverage varies by match. Squad selections and eligibility calls are editorial — they reflect a reading of public reporting, not any official team list.

How often it updates

Club form and player stats are scheduled to refresh at 7 AM and 5 PM Mountain Time — the morning run picks up the previous night's North American matches, the afternoon run the same day's European ones. Canadian Premier League data is scheduled to refresh once a day, at midnight Eastern, after the evening's fixtures. Fixtures and results are updated manually after each international. The system status page shows when the last successful run completed.

Accuracy

Everything here is unofficial and provided as-is. Upstream providers can be late, incomplete, or wrong; transfers, loan moves, and registration changes can take days to appear; and hand-maintained figures can carry mistakes. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official record or used for betting, scouting, contractual, or any other decision that matters. If you spot something wrong, let me know.

Privacy

There are no site accounts or advertising cookies. If you subscribe to the Weekly Form Report, your email address is submitted through our signup service and stored with Resend to send the newsletter. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Browsing the site does not require subscribing.

Analytics

Page views are counted with GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not track visitors across sites. It records aggregate information about a visit — the page URL, referring site, browser and operating system, screen size, and country. See GoatCounter's privacy policy for exactly what it stores.

What's stored in your browser

Your theme choice, saved Starting XI and dismissed announcements are stored locally in your browser. Temporary session storage remembers Player Pool filters and scroll position when you return from a profile. Clearing the browser’s site data removes these preferences.

Third-party requests

Loading a page fetches images from the API-Football, FotMob, and Canadian Premier League media CDNs, fonts from Google Fonts, and the analytics script from GoatCounter. Those providers see the request the same way any site visit is seen by a CDN.
